The Hypnos wool mattress topper is filled with the finest 100% British wool and encased in a 100% cotton cover. Wool is a proven natural anti-allergy bedding material. It is natural, sustainable, renewable and biodegradable.

If you are thinking about mattress protectors to help with allergies, this wool mattress protector is ideal. It is designed to shield your mattress against unwanted dust mites, which cannot survive in wool. As well as this, it also helps to regulate your body temperature keeping you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. It will also protect your mattress from stains or spills.

The Hypnos mattress protector can be used immediately. It has a cotton skirt, so is fitted to the mattress in the same way as a fitted sheet, which sits over the mattress protector. It will also prolong the life of your mattress.

Delivery time:
From stock: 24 hour (next working day) delivery service. For all orders placed before 1pm, we will endeavour to dispatch the same day. If the order is received after 1pm, it may be dispatched the following day.

In the rare and unfortunate event that we are out of stock of an item, we will notify you and will arrange for your order to be dispatched directly from the manufacturer to keep lead time and carbon footprint to a minimum. We will update you on any changes to lead time if applicable.

Delivery service:
Your order will be delivered by DPD Local and will require a signature on delivery. On the day of delivery you will receive a text (SMS) or email message with a 1 hour timed slot so you know exactly when to expect the delivery. If this is not convenient, there are various options available to you, such as the request to leave in a safe place, deliver to a neighbour or choose an alternative delivery date, simply follow the instructions provided in the message.

If you are in our local area (Sussex, Surrey or Hampshire), you can also arrange to collect your order. Choose the ‘Collect from store’ option at the checkout.

We deliver to all postcodes in mainland UK excluding remote areas in the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands or Ireland, please contact us for a quotation.

Delivery costs:
We charge a flat rate of £6.

Easy Returns:
We want you to have the best experience with snuginteriors and recommend us to all your friends and family, to do this you must be happy with your order.

So if you change your mind and wish to return your products, you can do, so long as you notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt of your goods (starting the day after you received the goods), and return the goods within 30 days. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. We can then issue a refund for the full amount.

Our delivery lead times are provided on every product page and are quoted in good faith according to current conditions and advice; however, they may be subject to change depending on any future updates from the Government.  

If any orders become affected by a change in the timescale, you will be notified, but you can be assured all orders will be fulfilled at the earliest opportunity. For the safety of all those involved, our British bed manufacturers have paused production and deliveries for an initial three week period (subject to review by the Government).  

All orders remain in the production queue and will be made in the order received, so they will be completed and delivered on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to have the best experience with snuginteriors and recommend us to all your friends and family, to do this you must be happy with your order. If for any reason you are not happy and you wish to return your goods, we ask that you notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt of your goods. This 14-day period begins the day after you received the goods. We will then arrange the return/collection of the goods and refund the cost of the item(s). For hygiene reasons, mattresses can only be returned if they are in their original packaging and have not been opened, or used in any way. Try the mattress with the packaging on to be sure you are happy first! We regret that we cannot cancel, refund or exchange a bespoke order that has been specially made for you (unless faulty).
