We have taken a lot of time to ensure our products are designed to the highest quality using high-quality raw materials and components to really stand the test of time.  We understand they’re investment pieces and you want them to last, so below outlines our free guarantees, and an additional warranty covering faulty workmanship or defective materials for your peace of mind.

Vispring Beds & Mattresses:  All Vispring Beds and Mattresses carry a 30-year guarantee.  This will be discussed with you when purchasing your Vispring bed and will be included in the customer care documentation you will receive on delivery of your new bed or mattress.

Hypnos Mattresses & Divan Beds: All Hypnos beds and mattresses carry a 10-year guarantee reinforcing their quality and craftsmanship – and they’re the only bed manufacturer to actively supply the British Royal Family.

Enchanted House Mattresses & Divan Beds: All Enchanted House divan beds and mattresses carry a 15-20 year guarantee, depending on the model.

Dunlopillo: Dunlopillo beds and mattresses carry a 10-15 year guarantee depending on the model

SITS: Sofas, sofa beds and armchairs carry a 2-year guarantee on their frames
