Product Description

The Vispring Sublime Superb Divan Bed offers a magnificent floating sensation combining a slightly firmer feel with deep soft upholstery. The finest natural fillings of Platinum Certified real Shetland wool, Platinum Certified British fleece wool, horsetail, silk and mohair, provide the softest covering for thousands of Vispring’s unique pocket springs, hand-laid in a double layer for definitive comfort and support.

Each mattress is available in a choice of tensions: soft, medium and firm.  For King sizes and above we can offer a 1-piece mattress with left and right hand tensions, known as a combination tension mattress.  For Super King sizes and above, we can also offer zipped mattresses, with two individual mattresses in the desired tension, zipped together to create one piece.  This is a great option for accessing tight spaces or to make turning the mattress easier.

The Vispring Sublime Superb Mattress is partnered with the Vispring Sovereign Divan Base, which is constructed from slow grown FSC accredited, Scandinavian timber with glued and screwed joints for added strength.  Each divan base is fully sprung from edge to edge and upholstered with Platinum Certified British fleece wool, cotton and coir to deliver excellent support, and then covered in the fabric of your choice ensuring comfort, support and style.

Contact-Free Delivery Service

Our delivery service can now deliver your items outside your home, in front of your door or placed in a safe place allowing a contact-free delivery. Making sure we keep to social distancing, in particular when we deliver to the most vulnerable customers in our community. 

Our delivery partner, Keen & Able, will get in touch prior to the delivery to arrange the best delivery option for you. 

Rest assured, for those still wanting our popular installation service; we can continue to offer this service (unless Government advice changes). However, our team will not be shaking customers’ hands and will limit their face to face contact as much as possible together with regular hand sanitizing. 

 

Delivery time:
Delivery in approximately 7 weeks.

Delivery costs:
Delivery and assembly is FREE nationwide for all orders over £500. This covers a standard mainland UK delivery, but excludes the Scottish islands and highlands.  For orders under £500, we ask for a small contribution of £25.

For areas outside of this including International deliveries, please contact our showroom, who will be able to discuss the delivery/collection options with you.

Delivery service:
We use a two-man white glove delivery service.  We will contact you ahead of the planned delivery to book in an agreed delivery date.  A day or two before the delivery, we will then confirm a 2-3 hour timed slot so you know exactly when to expect the delivery.  On the day of the delivery, our delivery team will call you approximately an hour before arrival to confirm their arrival time.  They’ll also endeavour to keep you updated should they run into a traffic jam, or get delayed by any unforeseen event.  Once at your home the two experienced delivery men will carry the item to your desired room, assemble the item and remove any packaging.

Recycling your old bed or mattress:
Should you no longer have a need for your old mattress or bed, we can remove and recycle this for you when delivering your new order. There will be a charge of £30 per mattress or £60 per bed for this service.

Access:
Please ensure when placing the order that the item will fit into your home and there is sufficient access to the room of choice, for example around a tight bend in your staircase or through a narrow doorway. If you are unsure, then our showroom will be more than happy to discuss the access with you. This way we can do all that we can to ensure the item fits in.  We always try our hardest to find a solution for you.

Easy Returns:
We want you to have the very best experience when shopping with snuginteriors and for you to recommend us to your friends and family, to do this you must be happy with your order.

If for any reason you are not happy and you wish to return your goods, we ask that you notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt of your goods.  This 14-day period begins the day after you received the goods.  We will then arrange the return/collection of the goods and refund the cost of the item(s).

For hygiene reasons, mattresses can only be returned if they are in their original packaging and have not been opened or used in anyway.  Try the mattress with the packaging on to be sure you are happy first (but do not sleep on it with the packaging on)!

We regret that we cannot cancel, refund or exchange a bespoke order that has been specially made for you (unless faulty).

Delivery Changes due to Covid-19

Our delivery lead times are provided on every product page and are quoted in good faith according to current conditions and advice; however, they may be subject to change depending on any future updates from the Government.  

If any orders become affected by a change in the timescale, you will be notified, but you can be assured all orders will be fulfilled at the earliest opportunity. For the safety of all those involved, our British bed manufacturers have paused production and deliveries for an initial three week period (subject to review by the Government).  

All orders remain in the production queue and will be made in the order received, so they will be completed and delivered on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
