Business Update in response to Covid-19

 

Dear snuginteriors customers,

Our heart goes out to everyone that’s been affected by the rapid spread of coronavirus, Covid-19. We have watched the world change rapidly in ways we simply could not have imagined. The virus has impacted people’s health, businesses and movements on an international level, and in a way not seen in a long time.

As time has passed we’ve been slowly adjusting to the ‘new normal,’ so we wanted to keep you up to date with everything that snuginteriors, our manufacturers and our delivery partners are doing to ensure your safety and confidence when shopping with us.

In these unprecedented times, our number one priority remains the well-being of all our customers, employees and their families. Please see below our latest business update.

  • Showroom Now Open with extra safety precautions

We are delighted to confirm that our snuginteriors showroom has reopened and we look forward to welcoming you back in store when you feel ready.  We understand that some customers will be cautious about in-store shopping, so we want to reassure you that we have introduced a number of measures to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for all. 

  • We are operating a strict social distancing policy of no more than 2 sets of customers in the showroom at any one time – this allows for 1-2-1 service with our bed experts and a minimum 1000 square feet to yourselves.
  • We have disposable bed sheets for each and every customer trying mattresses and beds, so you can be certain you are lying on a fresh, clean surface every time.
  • We can offer contactless/handsfree payment transactions.
  • We are ensuring the store is kept clean at all times with an enhanced daily cleaning procedure and regular deep cleans.
  • We have provided our staff with full face masks for their own protection and to wear at their discretion.  We encourage customers to wear their own face masks should they wish to do so.
  • We are avoiding any physical contact, such as handshakes, and are keeping a strict 2m distance between staff and our customers. 
  • We have antibacterial hand-sanitiser throughout the store and are asking customers to use this when entering.

Shopping at snuginteriors offers a unique, personal experience compared to high traffic stores on a high street or retail park.  Our showroom is situated in a rural, out-of-town location, making it easy to reach with ample free parking and often allows our customers a private shopping experience.  You can be assured there will only ever be one other set of customers in the store at any one point. You can visit our showroom as normal or if you would prefer, we are also offering in-store appointments for those that want to plan ahead, please view our online calendar or call us on +44 (0)1730 894754.

For those customers who would prefer to stay home and shop from the comfort of their own sofa, we are also offering virtual appointments.

Our online shop remains open for business as normal and we remain committed to delivering the highest level of service whilst we navigate this ever-changing situation.

  • Bed Consultancy Service available over the Phone, Email and Online Chat

Our expert team will continue to be available over the phone, +44 (0)1730 894 754, on email shop@snug-interiors.com and online through our website via ‘chat’, whilst operating the current business hours, to help you with any questions you may have regarding our mattresses, beds, bedding and furniture. 

Our team is fully trained to advise customers on the feel of our beds and mattresses, tailoring the suggestions to suit your body shape and weight, so you can be confident in your selection, without the need to try the bed or mattress.

  • All of Our Products Remain Available to Buy 

We’re pleased to confirm all of our British bed manufacturers have now resumed production and are working hard to make and deliver orders at the earliest opportunity, whilst adhering to strict social distancing policies.

Orders are being made in the date order received, so they will be completed and delivered on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

Delivery lead times are provided on every product page and are quoted in good faith according to current conditions and advice. If any orders become affected by a change in the timescale due to new government advice you will be notified, but you can be assured all orders are being fulfilled at the earliest opportunity. 

We expect lead times to improve in the coming weeks as backlogs are cleared and new social distancing procedures within the manufacturing process become the new 'normal.'

  • Contact Free Deliveries  

We are now operating Contact Free Deliveries for everyone's safety and piece of mind. Our 2-man delivery service offers the following options to best suit your needs:

  1. We can deliver items outside your home, in front of your door or placed in a safe place allowing a contact-free delivery.
  2. We can deliver to your room of choice, where we can unpack and assemble items (where necessary) and remove all packaging
  3. We can collect and recycle your old bed or mattress on a like-for-like basis.
