Our delivery lead-time varies across our product range – some smaller items are in stock so we’ll dispatch them at our earliest (within 1 – 3 days), whilst others are made to order and will take a little longer. Approximate delivery lead times are stated on each product page, but as a guide we have provided approximate times below.
If you have a specific date to meet, you can always call our showroom and we can advise you if that will be possible – you can be assured, we always try our hardest!
Mattresses, Beds & Sofa beds: 2-5 weeks (sometimes sooner, or even in stock)
Bed linen: From stock, otherwise within 7-10 days excluding special orders
Furniture: Varies across ranges, so please refer to each product page, but it is between 2-8 weeks.
Accessories: From stock, otherwise within 7-10 days
If any of our items happened to be out of stock and do not fit into the guide above, we will contact you on receiving the order and confirm the earliest delivery date.
Beds, Mattresses, Sofa beds and Furniture delivery:
Delivery and assembly is FREE nationwide for all orders over £500. This covers a standard mainland UK delivery, but excludes the Scottish islands. For orders under £500, we ask for a small contribution of £25.
For non-mainland UK and International deliveries, please contact our showroom, who will be able to discuss the delivery/collection options with you.
* Our standard delivery charge covers delivery to a room on the first floor, please contact us if there are more flights of stairs for us to tackle.
Small item delivery:
For smaller items such as bed linen and lamps, we’ll charge on a per item basis, using a Standard UK delivery service. This will vary according to size and weight of the item and will be specified on the product page.
Parcels will be delivered by carrier and will require a signature on delivery. If you are out when the carrier attempts to deliver your parcel, they will leave a card with a contact number for you to arrange a new delivery date.
We deliver to all postcodes in mainland UK excluding some remote areas in the Scottish Highlands.
All deliveries on larger items will use a top-class, 2 man delivery service, where possible using our in-house team. This means we will contact you ahead of the planned delivery, usually a week beforehand, to agree a mutually convenient delivery date between Monday and Friday. Saturdays are sometimes possible, but will carry a premium charge and cannot be guaranteed. On this call, we will give you an am or pm delivery slot. On the day of delivery, our delivery team will call you approximately an hour before arrival to confirm their arrival time. They’ll also endeavour to keep you updated should they run into a traffic jam, or get delayed by any unforeseen event. Once at your home the two delivery men will carry the item to your desired room, assemble the item (where this service has been selected or is automatically included), and remove any packaging.

Should you have an old mattress, bed or sofa you no longer wish to keep, we can also remove and dispose of this at the local council-recycling centre. There will be a charge of £30 per item simply to cover the disposal cost.
Please ensure when placing the order that the item will fit into your home and there is sufficient access to your room, for example around a tight bend in your staircase or through a narrow doorway. If you are unsure, then our showroom will be more than happy to discuss the access with you. This way we can also do all that we can to ensure the item fits in. We always try our hardest to find a solution.
