Our heart goes out to everyone that’s been affected by the rapid spread of Covid-19. The world feels like a very different place compared to just a few weeks ago – a place that’s changing daily. It is impacting people’s health, businesses and movements on an international level, and in a way not seen in a long time. 

In these unprecedented times, our number one priority is the well-being of all our customers, employees and their families. Please see below our latest business update.

  • Showroom temporarily closed; Online Shop Open as Normal

In light of the Government's latest advice, we have temporarily closed our showroom to help with the fight in combating Covid-19.  Our online shop remains open for business as normal and we remain committed to delivering the highest level of service whilst we navigate this ever-changing situation.

We look forward to welcoming you back into the showroom as soon as we have been advised by the Government that it is safe to do so. 

  • Bed Consultancy Service available over the Phone, Email and Online Chat

Our expert team will continue to be available over the phone, +44 (0)1730 894 754, on email and online through our website via ‘chat’, whilst operating reduced business hours, to help you with any questions you may have regarding our mattresses, beds, bedding and furniture. 

Our team is fully trained to advise customers on the feel of our beds and mattresses, tailoring the suggestions to suit your body shape and weight, so you can be confident in your selection, without the need to try the bed or mattress.

  • All of Our Products Remain Available to buy via our Online Shop 

Our delivery lead times are provided on every product page and are quoted in good faith according to current conditions and advice; however, they may be subject to change depending on any future updates from the Government.  

If any orders become affected by a change in the timescale, you will be notified, but you can be assured all orders will be fulfilled at the earliest opportunity. For the safety of all those involved, our British bed manufacturers have paused production and deliveries for an initial three week period (subject to review by the Government).  

All orders remain in the production queue and will be made in the order received, so they will be completed and delivered on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.  

As our business navigates these exceptional times, your safety will always be our top priority. We thank you for your continued support and encourage you all to shop ‘independently’ to support small businesses, like ours, during this fight against Covid-19.
