Do you price match?

We offer very competitive pricing and always try to offer our best prices from the start, however if another retailer is offering a lower price on the same product we will always look into the possibility of price matching.

Can I pay over multiple months?

Finance options is not something that we currently offer, however we do offer a 50% deposit option. This means we would ask for a 50% deposit payment at the time of ordering with the balance to be paid once your order has been made. This option allows you to pay over two payments rather than all upfront.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Absolutely, we can accept orders over the phone. Please be aware that if the payment card you would like to use is registered to a different address to the delivery address, we would kindly ask that you arrange your payment via one of our alternative payment options for security reasons; either in store, online or via a payment link, which we can send to you via email.

Can I amend my order once it’s been placed?

If you need to amend an order for any reason please call us on 01730 894 754 at the earliest opportunity. Once in production unfortunately amendments cannot be made. Please be aware any amendments to an order may increase the lead time.
