Can I choose my delivery date?

Our delivery team will always offer you the earliest available delivery date, however if this is not convenient you can decline it and choose a different day based on which days they deliver into your area. Please be aware you will then be allocated a delivery time slot the day before delivery which you will not be able to change.

Do you offer guaranteed time slots?

Delivery time slots cannot be chosen within our free delivery service. If you do require a specific time slot then please contact our showroom at the time of ordering and we can look into this for you. Please be aware this will incur a charge.

Do you offer evening or weekend deliveries?

Yes, if required we can offer an evening or weekend delivery. Unfortunately, this is not possible on all items, therefore please enquire with one of our team at the time of ordering.

Will you take away my existing bed, mattress or sofa?

Yes. If required we can arrange for the collection and recycling of your existing mattress, bed or sofa at the same time that we deliver your new order. This service is offered on a like for like basis and will hold a small fee of £45 per item (mattress or divan base) or £60 for a complete bed. For sofas, we can provide a price on application as it is dependent on the size.  If you have a bed frame that you would like taken away, it would need to be fully dismantled prior to the arrival of our delivery team.

Do you offer an assembly service?

Yes. We offer free delivery to the room of choice on all orders over £500.  Our installation/assembly service can then be added to the order for a small fee of £29 - free on all orders over £3000.

Can you deliver beds outside of the UK?

Yes, we can offer shipping to a variety of countries. Please contact a member of our team with details of what you would like to order and they will be happy to check if your destination country is one of them.
